Emm…emang sih V akuin emang bener sih terkadang dalam melakukan sesuatu hal V cenderung  seperti itu, but I have a reasons, so listen to me girls…keukeukeu mau bela diri ceritanya.

Resiko Duduk Seharian di Meja Kerja

Bagaimanapun  kalau hal ini tidak pernah

Kita perhatikan atau dengan kata lain kita

Abaikan seharian kita duduk di meja kerja akan berbuah dan berdampak negatif terhadap kesehatan kita. Duduk seharian dibelakang meja kerja bisa meningkatkan resiko sakit jantung dan masalah kegemukan. Hanya dengan meluangkan waktu minimal 1 menit untuk pergi ke toilet atau sekedar ngobrol dengan rekan kerja, resiko ini akan dapat dikurangi.

Penelitian membuktikan meninggalkan bangku selama 1 menit setiap interval tertentu bisa membuat lingkar pinggang terjaga 4cm lebih kecil dibanding yang duduk terus menerus. Kebiasaan ini juga dapat menurunkan tekanan darah yang merupakan faktor risiko masalah jantung dan pembuluh darah.

Makin sering pergi ke kamar mandi atau menghampiri rekan kerja di mejanya, makin besar pengaruhnya terhadap lingkar pinggang dan kesehatan jantung. Dalam penelitian itu total waktu yang dihabiskan untuk berjalan-jalan selama jam kerja paling banyak 2 jam dalam sehari.

Penelitian yang dilakukan oleh para ahli di universitas of  Queensland di Australia ini melibatkan 4.757 karyawan kantor dengan pengamatan selama seminggu berturut-turut. Hasil penelitian ini dipublikasikan dalam European Heart  jurnal baru-baru ini.

Para partisipan dipasangi akselerometer, yakni alat untuk mengukur berapa lama waktu yang dihabiskan protein C-reaktive yang merupakan salah satu indikator kesehatan jantung.

Hasil penelitian menunjukan 25 persen partisipan meninggalkan meja kerja minimal 30 kali sehari dengan total waktu rata-rata 2 jam. Frekuensi tertinggi yang tercatat adalah 1.258 kali dalam sepekan sedangkan yang terendah hanya 99 kali dalam sepekan.

Dibanding kelompok yang jarang bangkit dari duduk selama bekerja, partisipan yang rajin berditri untuk berjalan-jalan punya rata-rata lingkar pinggang 4,1 cm lebih kecil. Makin kecil ukuran lingkar pinggang, makin kecil, makin kecil mengalami resiko gangguan metabolisme dan jantung.

Saat berdiri, banyak otot yang berkontraksi sehingga postur tubuh akan terjaga jika dilakukan secara rutin. Cukup dengan meninggalkan meja kerja selama 1 menit, kontraksi itu sudah bisa memberikan manfaat.

Sinopsis
